Just wondering what accessories and cleaning products people have been using with their ix?

I purchased floor mats so far.

I’m really curious what people use to clean their windows.

What about cleaning the interior screen? Just standard computer spray and microfiber?

I use a micro fiber cloth/ spray combo.

I use invisible glass. But, it’s seeming like after I use it it are acts dust to my windows .

I use the same product for the instrument cluster and the display (and it's safe for tinted glass). Invisible Glass is ammonia-free, so safe for interior glass surfaces. You want to be cautious about using any window cleaning product on older tint (5-10 years), because microscopic cracks can be present that may cause the tint to separate, but I've used it on newer tinted windows with no problems. You don't want to use any ammonia products on any windows because it can damage both paint and interior upholstery, plastic and leather. Any ammonia-free cleaning product will work on screen and windows though, and yes, microfiber versus paper towels to prevent scratches.

For the piano black panel in the centre console ( I didn’t fancy the Crystal bling) I use a glasses / spectacles cloth which does a good job.

Correct - it's basically an alcohol-based ammonia-free glass cleaner (the display panels are some sort of Gorilla glass like your phone). You may have discovered you can turn off the screens by pushing down the volume control knob while the car is not in the drive-ready state - the "screen off" option in the favorites buttons only turns the screen off until you touch it again, which is useless as far as cleaning the screen.
