Got iX 40 from Germany.
It is missing all the things in the topic title that I would love to have.
Unfortunately, I didn't have a chance to order a car with everything I want and purchased a demo unit.
So, any chance to retrofit at least something?

Trade it in. Any 1 of those 3 would probably be insanely expensive to do.
