Are runflats possible?

As Per title does anyone know if it’s possible to fit runflats to the iX (22 inch wheels). I can’t remember exactly but the rim needs to have some sort of groove on it to prevent the runflats from slipping off.

Reason being it’s primarily for my wife and child. Punctures have been rare for us but she had one recently where it was a huge nail and within minutes of driving there was zero pressure. Just told her to drive home as she had our 4 year old with her and I sorted it out the next day.

no stress for her and as a result none for me either.
