Anyone can confirm if the augmented reality function is available if you just have the Parking Assist Plus (front camera) or if it’s just available if you have the parking assist plus and the live cockpit professional (hud)?

Most reviews I see with the AR have the HUD and in bmw sales literature the ARis mentioned in the live cockpit professional optional.

AR uses a different camera. It's in the cluster behind the rear view mirror. There are 4 versions of the camera listed in the database:

1. Driver Assistant Pro = NO
2. Driver Assistant Pro = NO & Live Operating Area Pro = YES
3. Driver Assistant Pro = YES
4. Driver Assistant YES = NO & Live Operating Area Pro = YES

Based on the above it relies only on Live Operating Area Pro being fitted.
