For the first time the i5 has been spotted in Germany! The electric 5-series will be the i4's big brother in BMW's EV lineup.
From we can see from the photos, the new 5-Series will not feature BMW's future split headlight design, which is expected to come in the new X8 and X7 facelifts along with the new 7-Series and i7.
Instead, the i5 and 5-Series headlights look sharp, following the contours of the hood. It also doesn't use the same grille that BMW is using with the i4 and iX.
