BMW iX ventilated seats and recirculating on will not stay on my profile. Has anyone had this same issue? BMWUSA genius has made me rebate the idrive by holding down the volume wheel on console. It holds it for a few minutes but come back in an hour and it stops and then I have continually have to select both every time I get I the car.
Never had this issue with any of my other BMWs.

What firmware version do you have? I'm not sure, but try to set everything you need, and then save the seats for memory. Maybe it will help. I'll try to see how it is saved in my car later.

I don’t know the exact firmware but the software has been updated but the tech via the phone. I did the selections again and saved and it last a few minutes after I leave the car. When I get back an hour later they are gone again
I was told by the tech to take to service. So I have appointment on Monday

What was the result of the ventilated seats and recirculation in situation. Did BMW get this resolved?

TheyNever could figure it out. The only thing I figured out if you leave the car on Auto AC they will stay on.
I hate to say it but I don’t like the car so I ordered the XM that should arrive in April.
