Thanks so much for the update. I see the article was dated March 16, 2022. That explains why I was notified that my iX50 started production on March 17, 2022 after being in a holding pattern for a few weeks. I had a production number for weeks, but now I have a VIN number. I am still waiting for my husband to get his production number. We pre-ordered our iX50's on 8/18/2021 and we were told to expect delivery in Spring/Summer 2022. I
