Does anyone know if iX can charge from the following outlets, using the BMW charger and an appropriate adapter?

NEMA 5-20
NEMA 14-30 (often used for electric dryers)
NEMA 10-30 (often used for old electric dryers)
TT-30 (often found in RV campgrounds)

I know that NEMA 14-30 will work (with adapter), but am unsure about the rest.

Have you tried charging from TT-30? I'm not sure if iX can charge at >12a at 110v.
I read a few reviews of the Schumacher SC1455 combo level 1 & 2 charger. What I found interesting is that multiple BMW owners (Plug in Hybrids I believe) found that it did charge their cars at the rated 16 amp at 120v, but with a potential big issue. Their cars software was unable to regulate the Schumacher output to lower levels. This resulted in at least one melted plug. I'd be tempted to try it out, but only on a dedicated 20 amp circuit.
