Child seats in the iX1

Hi friends,

Just after a little advice regarding child seats in the iX1. We need two outter bigger seats (newborn and 2 YO) and a booster in the middle (5 YO)

Would the car fit this adequately? I appreciate that different brands will have different sizes, but just after a ball park idea really before I order mine,

Hi mate,

Hopefully not too late to answer your question.

I took delivery of an iX1 last week and currently have two massive child seats in the back (the swivel ones that can be adjusted for up to 8 years old) - so regardless of what size or brand you are talking about I am confident they will fit - I will try to upload some pictures for you so you can see for yourself.

As promised Mike please see below - just bear in mind I am 6”4 so my seat positioning is quite far back. In my opinion the space in the back in more than adequate, much better than the Audi A6 I replaced.

Apologies mate, missed the fact you had a third child completely in the original post.
Yeah I mean with the size of those swivel seats you would be hard pushed to fit a booster in the middle regardless of the car. Who knows though, you might be able to squeeze one in - see below -
