CPO extension price

Hello,

I’m in the process of buying a 2024 IX xdrive50 with CPO 1 year/unlimited miles. I was looking into extending it another two years/unlimited miles. The dealer is quoting me $5400. They it’s the BMW platinum plan 84 months/unlimited miles.
Is this a fair price?
