Hi all. My wife and I are using one key. I have to push for example no 1 button several times to finalise my seat position before I sit. (If I don’t push several times, it keeps stopping) But in the front passenger seat, just one push is enough to adjust the seat. Is there any adjustments I should do for the driver seat to have the same. Thanks in advance.

I had a similar problem recently, paired with the error "Driver restraint system inactive" or something. I did two things: 1) pushed the seat back and forth all the way a couple of times (just like you, stop-and-go may times) 2) Restarted the iDrive system by holding down Volume wheel down. The problem went away.

You may also try “deep” restart:
1) Put the car in the drive-ready mode, P
2) Quickly press the Start button three times (foot off the brake) until you see the message “Diagnostic mode active” on the screen
3) Press and hold the Volume wheel until the screen goes dark, but don’t release it until it comes on and then goes off again.
