I have the same issue with my 2023 ix 50. The issue has been escalated at Electrify America.

I've tried it every which way you can think of and still doesnt work. I know the production number and VIN are right because I have a screenshot from the dealer.

Don’t use the vin. It’s just the production number a - then 23 example 000000-23

The app has two lines there. One for the enrollment code and one for the vin. Even if I leave the vin blank it still says "We weren't able to verify your eligibility. Check your enrollment code and VIN, then try again".

It worked with production number and my model year

It requires the complete VIN as well on the second line....

I figured out how to do it. You have to first enter the production code into the account promo code then go to premium offers and select the BMW ix 30-minute charging offer. Then it works. The interesting thing is its the 2022 offer that works even though I have a 2023. The 2023 offer refuses to work. Doesen't bother me as long as I have the free charging.
