Estimated Range always higher than actual range

I have driven about 10,000 miles on iX. Whenever you are charging it always takes you close to 260 miles with 80% battery. However whenever you start driving you won't get actual given miles for long or short trips.
For example, if you drive actual 20 miles, range probably dropped 25-30 miles. I get that it is because of climate/heating. But after 10K miles and adjusting to weather conditions that it is cold these days, BMW computer algorithm should give quite accurate mile range, considering if you are driving on the same route mostly.

Of course it is. It's just an estimate. It adjusts as you driving according how you're driving, temperature, elevation, wind resistance, etc. The range estimator on the iX is VERY accurate. Including how much range you gain with regenerative braking.

Drive slower. Seriously, that is the solution that always works for people who complain they aren't getting the rated range.

That is very good! What do you typically get from an ix 50? Curious as I have just published my own record for the cheaper ix40 with 292miles (still in shock) and was impressed we managed 263 from the single charge before this estimated charge range…

With my iX50, a 380-400 miles estimated range at 100% is pretty typical now when I do lots of highway driving and let the DAPP system keep my speed constant.

292 miles on the iX40 is right in line considering the battery is 30% smaller.

On one hand, I'm happy that BMW is so conservative with the numbers, but on the other hands, I wish they sold the more reasonably priced iX40 in the US since 263-292 miles is plenty for most anyone!
I try my best to charge my IX50 w/ 20" wheel A/S between 20~80% whenever possible. At the end of first charge, my range displayed 357 mile at 80% SOC. That's equivalent of 446 mile range on full charge. I didn't think I could get that many miles on a single charge. The trip data (since last charge) peaked at 4.1 mile/kwh and was gradually down to 3.6 mile/kwh as more miles were driven. Driving in efficient mode with adaptive regen, more coasting, assistant drive pro on whenever possible, no hard braking or acceleration, 60~80F; 360~375 mile range is possible. You can enable record your charging history in myBMW app. It will record SOC and predicted range left data at the beginning and end of each charge. My lowest reading is 78 mile left at 17% SOC (459 mile full charge equivalent). As each charge went by, I notice the range prediction is gradually decrease. My most recent read is 353 mile at 80% SOC (441 mile equivalent). 459 => 446 => 441, it seems the battery is gradually degrading to the standard normally range. I read somewhere BMW's range prediction algorithm is based on EPA MPGe rating, not based on driving behaviors. Has anyone seem similar pattern?

That is not the battery degrading, that is the car's algorithm using the driving efficiency of your most recent trips into account. Battery degradation is the physical degradation of your battery's capacity over time. That is not what is happening here.

I'm not sure where you might have read that, but the information is incorrect. It is true in the case of Tesla. BMW, however, uses your recent driving efficiency to determine the range estimate. If you drive with a heavy foot you will see your estimated range drop on the next charge. Drive lightly and the opposite will be true.
