I got one from the dealer. I’ve never bought one of those ever before but we keep cats a long time and this is a rolling computer with plenty to break. 100k miles or 10 years. We won’t hit 100k in 10 years with this one.

My dealer says they don’t have such and aren’t aware of any.

United Car Care. Offered through my dealer. 5200. Platinum policy, which is important because the standard policy is for ICE -Platinum coverage adds the list of covered components above (ICE STUFF) is a sample of some of the compents are covered. Platinum coverge covers all compnents and parts of your vehicle except for the items listed in section E. of this contract.

Section E is all about doing stupid stuff to your car... IE: Don't race it. Don't modify it. Keep it maintained. Does not cover negligence, abuse, etc, Acts of nature, accidents, etc. etc...

Like I mentioned.. Never have gotten one before, but this is such a different beast. I hope I never need it, but if there is a major repair needed, it says I pay the deductible of 100 dollars and that is that.

One thing also to note - My dealer said that this is a plan they accept. Sounds like not all dealers accept these things. They even mentioned that they don't take other plans.
