Hi folks,

I experimented with the GPS activation of the Panorama View camera for a few places I typically manually turn on the parking camera. What I noticed however is that the camera it brings up is the Panorama View, and thus I still need to switch the camera to the Parking View on the screen.

Anybody know a way to have it automatically show the Parking View (overhead view on the right half of the screen) based on a GPS location?

I noticed this too. There is no way to automatically have the camera show the parking view. I also bring up the parking assist view when parking front first. I was excited to see this feature added, but the pano camera is not really helpful

GPS Panorama View in its origin was developed as a driver assist function, not parking assist. An example - an intersection where you continuously drive, bushes to the right, bushes to your left, obstructing your view of crossing traffic. Set the panorama view to activate every time you find yourself there and Voilà! - a 180 degree view as you're waiting to cross or turn. Very helpful...

I didn’t realize that, that’s awesome — I know of a few places that’d benefit from that feature…
