Now that Tesla has opened up a part of their charging network for non-Tesla EVs, has anyone used a Supercharger for their iX? If you have how did the charging go?

Not yet, but I don't have Tesla charger open for others in the region.
None nearby that accept CCS, sorry. I fear the cable may be too short!
Will need to see a more standard supercharger where the pedestal is behind the spot.
I suspect will have same issue - need to park in the wrong spot to charge.
To be fair, on the east coast, I don't think this will matter as much.
Most superchargers I pass are 80%+ empty, which makes sense when they have 12 stall stations.

There is a magic dock converted station about 30mi away from me I don't normally pass, but will take a look if I am in the area.
All the superchargers in the nyc area have wait times. It’s going to be silly when they open them up lol 🍿
One thing you can always count on with Elon Musk… He will throw over his customers in a hot minute if there's money to be had. Every single time. He will also half-ass it and then he will lie about it. Every BMW iX, every Rivian R1S/T, every Chevy Bolt, and so many others will need to take up two supercharger stalls because the location of their charge port necessitates parking in the spot next to the charger, rendering the original space useless for charging until you are done.

I hope this play for infrastructure money explodes in his face by virtue of angry, pissed-off Tesla owners. I don't know what it's going to take for the Tesla cult to snap out of it. Maybe seeing a bunch of Bolts occupying superchargers for over an hour might just do it.

It will take what it took both of us - ownership of a Tesla and when an issue arises, experiencing their horrific customer service. I find it interesting how many on the BMW iX forums are previous Tesla owners who jumped ship.

Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me.

Preach. The customer service I received for my Model S was so terrible I was wondering if Telsa are trying to drive away customers

Problem is, the Tesla owners are going to get out the pitchforks for the Bolt owners, not Elon. The future will be interesting....

Unfortunately, it's called the "cult of Tesla" for a reason.

Longer cables would fix this. No one would need to be murdered for taking up two spaces that way.
Here's an actual review!

Did you check through Plugshare? Maybe, you can find one. I was searching for a non-tesla charging station on Google map, but couldn't find one. Luckily, Plugshare has tesla css charging stations on its map. Tesla CCS Locations
I opened an account on Tesla's app to be able to charge during my holiday trip.
You can find all Tesla chargers for non-Tesla cars.
Unfortunately, the charging station in Fussen (Germany), indicated on some maps as open, was not finished yet.
Find an alternative charging station (50kW) of Allego nearby, but was this one was defective.
Finally travelled to an Audi station to charge at 43 kW.
Lost more then an hour on the trip.
In Europe it works well. I am using them always when traveling from Belgium to South of France, as they are well located, reliable and comes with 20+ chargers in same location.

so always a spot available 👍 downside is indeed that you take 2 spots as charging port is for iX on right side. Supercharger v4 seems to come with longer cables, so that space issue will be resolved.
BMW maps do not have teslachargers, so you cannot navigate to them and preheat you battery for fast charging!
