Nope. All new BMW's have to be online with BMW Servers when programming/diagnosing or coding.

 

Ok. That’s a concern. So all new BMW are closed protocol and you can only use a BMW garage.

 

Possibly if you subscribe to BMWtis.com you can code or program.
