Can anyone that has driven both comment on the differences (felt) between these 2 suspensions?
Key points -
  • is the M60 as comfortable as the iX 50 when not in sport mode?
  • does M60 offer better body control than the 50 when in sport mode?

Coming from Mercedes eABC which does a great job delivering comfort (commute) and is sheer joy in Sport+ on windy roads. The iX 50 test drive seemed to be as (mb slightly more) comfortable but wondering if the M60 delivers significantly improved body control for "fun" driving.

I dont think any testers have got hold of a car yet to report - as soon as they do they will appear on Youtube

Adaptive Air Suspension is standard on the iX M60, while it’s an optional extra on the xDrive50. You can get the same suspension on the 50 by selecting the dynamic handling package.

For us waiting longer to get an M60 isn't worth it - especially since our iX is in production. It's fast enough for an SUV. Our loaded 50 is close enough. Sure I won't get the one cosmetic difference, which appears to be a badge, and those extra ponies, but it will still be a great car with more range than the M60.
