Having issues with my physical keys, they lock, unlock car, but it does not start the car. Any ideas?/

Hold it close to the steering column is maybe works for a one of start, but i dont think it will "fix" the problem.

I was wondering if you checked the user's manual or had a word with an authorized service center to see what they have to say about this?
