No. It has to go back to the dealer for repair. Sad that this is happening within one week of purchase.
Yikes. I had an issue the second day similar to that. It wouldn’t play any media and couldn’t connect to my iPhone. Next morning all went back to normal. A couple of weeks later it was just the audio. I restarted idrive and it went back to normal. Not sure if you’ve tried that, but if not, you just need to press the volumen button on the center console for 30 secs and then the screen resets
