Picked up my iX a week ago. Volume is not working, says No source available. Hoping that there won't be more issues.

Yikes. I had an issue the second day similar to that. It wouldn’t play any media and couldn’t connect to my iPhone. Next morning all went back to normal. A couple of weeks later it was just the audio. I restarted idrive and it went back to normal. Not sure if you’ve tried that, but if not, you just need to press the volumen button on the center console for 30 secs and then the screen resets

Better get used to it, that's the nature of these tech cars. Reboot the system and it should work again.

Tried everything. It’s going in for service this week. A shame.

Is the car working ok after you took it to dealership for repair 6 weeks ago?

Finally got the car back. The audio input/output goes out with message no source available. Had to go into diagnostic mode and then reboot to overcome that issue. Now, everything is working well. The car is fabulous. Enjoying every moment.
