How can I get hold of a key card for my iX40 - I would have thought it being included in the user manual somewhere? If not in there, is there a place where I can order it (in the UK)?

You should have been given one during the handover when you took delivery of the car. Contact the dealer and ask for it.

Mine was with the car but was tucked up in the drivers side sun visor… then it needs to be configured if you find it. Otherwise, get on to the supplying dealer…

Indeed - just went to see and lo and behold, there is was! Unbelievable BMW never told me it was even there when I collected the car...it has been in the car since December...
