US Member. BMW Genius told me that my iX50 would be completed by May 5, 2022. My BMW Garage app shows that it is at the port in Germany. Now I can call BMW Genius tomorrow to find out the name of the cargo ship that will transport my vehicle to my dealership. Then I can use the Maritime app to track the voyage to the US.

BMW Genius told me that I cannot obtain the name of the cargo ship until my vehicle is in the “In transit” stage. When I am given the name of the ship, I will share the journey.

US member. I pre-ordered my BMW iX50 xDrive on 8/18/2021. My Aventurine Beauty has left the Port of Bremerhaven in Germany and is now in transit to the Port of Baltimore in the USA. I will be contacting BMW Genius to find the name of the cargo ship.

Thanks. I cannot wait to see it in person. My husband and I pre-ordered on the same date 8/18/2021 and his has advanced two steps today to the paint booth. He is due for completion on May 20, 2022. Mine is due at the Port of Baltimore on May 20,2022. He ordered Phytonic Blue with Amido interior. My cargo ship the “Hawaiian Highway” left the Port of Bremerhaven on May 10, 2022. If that helps you any. I forgot to mention that BMW Genius for US customers, told me that the carrier ships do not leave the Port of Bremerhaven until filled to capacity. Once my iX50 arrives at the Port of Baltimore on May 20th, I may be waiting two weeks or more for it to be inspected and transported to my dealership.
