Congrats. Maybe the laser headlights will fully functional and approved by then.
I collected my 50 last week - here in Australia almost everything is standard, and the HUD is incredible. I have had it in my last few cars. Remember though you can't see it very well if you have polarising sunglasses! The hands-free tailgate and the passenger lumbar were the 2 deletes on my build.. I am used to the convenience of the hands-free tailgate on my other vehicles and would like to have it … but neither deletion was a dealbreaker for me.. I noticed that the HUD wasn’t specifically listed on my 2023 build sheet.. it was listed on my 2022 build sheet.. I’m not certain if it is standard or part of the ultimate package or possibly no longer offered in the 2023 iX50 due to chip shortages.. Does anybody have any info on this.. much appreciated…
Interesting timing. I ordered my M60 in early April and received a production # and build date of 10/10 on September 9. Sapphire Black Metallic, chestnut interior. Every option that I was aware of. My dealer - BMW of Dallas - said they hope to receive it before the end of the year.Greetings from NJ... I placed an order for a 2022 iX50 on April 6th.. I just was notified today that my dealer received an allocation for my build order which will now be a 2023.. It is supposed to be delivered in first quarter 2023…
Storm Bay metallic, Castanea Chestnut leather, Ultimate package (new for 2023), Sport package, Laser headlights..
Very excited… Thanks to everyone for providing such an informative and helpful forum..
Those 2 were also (auto)deleted in mine too. I was told that it was due to chip shortages. The hands-free tailgate and the passenger lumbar were the 2 deletes on my build.. in June/July 2022 when I was putting my order together, the 2 deletes were the passage lumber and the hands-free "kick" tailgate. My car went to production in Oct as I was told the hands-free "kick" tailgate was on all cars I believe after Aug timeframe. The only thing I did expect and was removed was the interior camera. They removed that when the 2023 iX packages were shown. I didn't know that but there isn't any way of getting that camera. Those 2 were also (auto)deleted in mine too. I was told that it was due to chip shortages.
