No audio source
Hi have my ixm40 for a month. Suddenly yesterday I cannot here radio neither phone . When I press the volume it says no audio source. I pressed the rocker for 30 sec to reboot. Nada

Do this while the system is off rather than on. it's a common problem and I had the same. However mine is now in the shop for a failed main beam headlamp.Hold down centre volume wheel for 30 seconds. Will do a reboot
I have done this while driving the car (slowly!) the augmented view stopped working, and a reset sorted that. No I’ll effect while driving, although I wouldn’t have tried It at 70mph on a motorway….Do this while the system is off rather than on. it's a common problem and I had the same. Any confirmation from anyone if the issue is resolved? If so, which method worked for you?
This just happened to me yesterday. (August 2022) The car is a 2022 X 5. The navigation system works, but the phone connection and all radio bands do not. The call signs are all there, as are the phone connections. The phone even say who I am calling but but there is no real connection.. I will try the push button
