Yeah, don't bother calling the dealer at this point.

Try a diagnostic reboot first (foot off brake, press start/stop 3 times quickly - you should see "diagnostics mode" pop-up on the driver's cluster. Then press and hold the volume roller until the screen has turned off twice.)

If that doesn't work, call the UK ConnectedDrive helpline on 08003256000, option 2 (I think).

PS - it's all working OK for me this morniing.
