Has anyone had a problem with their ix getting stuck in low level clearance? Drives like no shocks and doesn't respond to leveling? Help. Do I need to hit ret button again?

So sorry to hear of your troubles. This is terrifying please update, I have yet to receive mine but please do update if you solve this!

It seems to solve it self after leaving the car in a car park while i was off on a flight. I think the problem happens when the car is left on our grassy parking spot. I'll come back to all if this the culprit.
