Looks like I am on only 07/2022.33

Has been spinning on “searching for upgrades” for 5+ minutes.

Car is parked not started with 4/5 bars cell signal.

OTA updates are always one generation behind, presumably for safety reasons. If a newly-released version is going to cause problems, BMW wants some beta testing with dealer-distributed versions first before global release.
