Rose gold is the only interior trim option?

The US BMW configurator doesn't allow me to select anything except the rose gold interior trim. I know they call it "titanium bronze" but come on, it's rose gold.

Is this the only option in the US? I'm struggling to understand why there are is only one interior trim option - and it's decidedly polarizing. Reminds me of the Simpsons episode with the Canyonero F series.

Am I correct in understanding BMW plan to offer more options in the next model year?

Not sure if they will offer more options but if it makes you feel better, doesn’t look pink… at all
Having test driven an iX and seen the trim in person, it looks nothing like rose gold. Looks more like a pale matte gold

It actually has very little color tint to it. It looks great. Inside the car it really looks good and especially with my chestnut castenea leather. I can see how maybe with black it might look a little off, but when i test drove with black sensated I didn't even notice.
I test drove one on Wednesday and I was wrong, the trim is not that different from the silver trim in my Tesla. I guess my monitor is rendering it with too much red which makes it look pink.

Overall I liked it a lot. Drives well, super quiet inside and that EV acceleration which I love.

The UI feels a bit dated with all the old school icons and I don't like the way they've bundled the options packages (I especially dislike the glass controls but I like everything else in the luxury package). Not a ton of storage compared to the Tesla either.

I'll probably take another look next year when delays are shorter to see if BMW allow more customization in the options.
