Seat memory without luxury package?

Does the iX have programmable seat memory if I don’t get the luxury package? I noticed the luxury package has buttons near the seat adjustment on the door to quickly access memory settings. Cars without the luxury package do not have this - does that mean I can’t save stored profiles that save seats, mirrors, etc?

Memory settings are stored connected to profiles even without the buttons on the door. So when wife unlocks, seats and other settings are according to her profile, and when i unlock, then its according to mine.

Thank you! Is it done by creating our own BMW account with an email and everything? Or is i t just stored in the car? Also, are drive modes part of the profile (for example, if I like Sport steering and she likes comfort steering)?
Our setup is based on our BMW id’s. Those are connected to the digital key stored in our phones. When i approach the car, it unlocks and set the profile and settings to mine. It is however possible to change profile and settings after the car is unlocked to a different one to the one that unlocked the car.
My understanding is that the settings are connected to ID’s.
All other settings like radio, heating and navi is changing so i guess also the steering are changing

Additional info is that the driving mode always revert to "My mode" after car is turned of. There is no possibility in "My Mode" to change anything related to chassis behavior.
Means that one always need to change to Sport mode to get a different behavior on the chassis after restart.

I don't have memory seats and was really pleased to find the seats moved to position with the different keys. Which made me wonder what else you get if you're paying for memory seats as that's all I've ever used it for in previous cars with it.

With the "My Mode" I believe it learns the way you drive and adjusts itself to that. So if you spend most of the time in Sport it will give you a more sporty feeling car every time you get in unless you manually override. I could be wrong but I think it even goes as far as to remember that you've switched into sport on a section of road previously and automatically adjusts when you're in "My mode" in the future.

I have luxury package but don't have seat memory button next to seat adjustment, which seems to be odds given most of BMW iX car I see online do have the seat button w luxury package. Is this a defect from the car manufacture perspective? I called my dealership in US to ask about it and they said the seat memory button does not exist if I don't have luxury package but then said even w luxury package will not have seat memory button. who should I believe? where to find out this information?

I can confirm. I just picked up my 2023 iX with Ultimate Pkg and there are no memory seat buttons, despite them still being shown in the owners manual.

My understanding is 1) without the memory buttons if you move your seats while in your profile it memorizes the last position, so you cannot go back to a preset position as with the memory buttons (eg if you get car serviced) and 2) the seat memory pack also adds the massage seats.

Now it's all changed, as they have the '24s out now. The BMW configurator is still awful though and won't tell you what all is in each pkg grouping.
