Anyone who has their car got this option ? Included with Comfort Pack Plus (in the UK)

Viewed mine briefly at the dealers, I have this option and didn't notice anything different when closing the door

Not sure if you have seen the carwow review, it shows the soft close feature (at 13 mins into the review).

Do they use some kind of advanced technology or a simple magnetic mechanism for this? I just want to know how these work.

No you can here a motor pull the door closed best to move the door to about 3/4" from closed like on the first catch of a normal car it then draws it in gently
