Hopefully they release that fix a bit sooner than the estimated July 28th date like they did with the Valet software. My car is on board the Virgo Leader, which is scheduled to dock at Port Hueneme tomorrow, so close now!

I went to see my IX M60 yesterday, seems such a waste that it’s there ready and I can’t take it away! Hopefully it all gets sorted soon, but the longer it goes on the more and more a September delivery makes sense.

The i4 had its airbag recall fixed on July 16th, 2 days ahead of schedule, hopefully that bodes well for the iX airbag recall.

Hmm my July build that is “Dispatched from factory” doesn’t show any open recalls:

I called the genius line yesterday and they said both the 22V483 and 22V240 updates will be available to the dealer by July 22nd or maybe earlier. My iX is at the dealer with these two Stop Sales.

Both service campains were released last night in the UK - so the mention of 22nd above was correct.

Hi, I have since February an IX50. Very pleased with the car. Two days ago I received the following message from BMW: The vehicle is recalled for service. Replacing the high voltage battery cell module. From BMW via phone, I was told not to use the vehicle anymore....of course, I wonder if I don't use it anymore, how to take it to them? ...Do you know anything about this action?

Just talked to BMW Genius, was told my iX is in the workshop right now and getting the update applied, should be done today and released to carrier! Hopefully it can be delivered to the dealer asap after that!

Does anyone have any information about vehicles already at dealerships, so far as of today Friday the 22nd my dealership says they have no software and no further information yet.
