Hi folks. I have an X5 xDrive45e (plug-in hybrid) and used to enter the energy tariff for locations where I charge so it can compute my charging costs. When I tried to do this for my iX xDrive50, I get a "something went wrong" every time. Has anyone else experienced this?

has anyone else experienced this? I am hoping this is an issue on their end, but the silence here makes we worried this is ‘just me” anyone else use My BMW to track their charging costs?

For me, the My BMW app still doesn't work wrt any Charging History or Charging Management function....I'm unaware of any US owner (of just the iX) where this function does work on the app. Anyone?

I've never seen any reference to "New Energy Tarrif" on my app, but maybe it will be a feature when then app is updated to fix the charging issue. (As an aside, where I live, in northern Virginia, my electricity supplier does not have 'peak hours' with higher rates, so any time of day or night I'm charged at the same rate, which, for me, is ~13 cents/kWh.)

So I can get a charging history, listing charging times, amount charged, address of charger… That all works. What fails is when I try to add a cost to a particular charge (which then gets carried forward to future charges at the same location) … that worked in the past with my 45e, but is completely broken on my iX
