How are you handling valet parking when you have a digital car key? I doubt it will be practical to share the Apple Wallet Car Key so I will for now bring along the physical key. With the physical key I tried activating valet mode under my ID but wasn't very clear when it was on or off. I assume it stays on until I enter a pin to turn it off. And that would apply if I used my digital key or physical key as they're both connected to my BMW ID.

I think I just worked that out. But to lock it u need to tap the card on the door right. Pressing the button on the door or walking away doesn’t seem to work.

I always use the BMW Digital Key Card for valet. Mind not forget to activate the Valet function before you hand them the card.

Some places (particularly some really good restaurants) are valet only. I just wish you could set a max speed and acceleration rate for valet mode.

Although I've never done it I suppose you could always do a "ride a long" right?
