Hi,

I was away from my iX this week and it seemed to go to "sleep" after the 48 hours or so - I could no longer access it to see if it was still where I left it for example (or set up pre-conditioning). Has anyone else seen this? Seems a fairly important defect (assuming it is not isolated to me.)

From my ICE experience. I think that is how most of luxury cars are. I believe you are able to track for 5 or 7 days then it goes to deep sleep. you won't get location nor remote start the car. you have to start the car to the get tracking or remote start.

Thanks for sharing the information. This behavior of the vehicle is kind of good to preserve battery life but isn't it a security threat at the same time? Is there any workaround?
