Hi,

I'm looking for an iX 40 and am based in the UK. Most of the ones dealers are selling as 'available' are advertised at way over list price. Does anyone know what the delivery time is currently for orders placed in the UK?

My dealer told me today he was quoting December at the moment. You may get a totally different answer at your local dealer.

Our local dealer said they have one slot left for December 2022. After that they are into 2023.

I ordered a 50 yesterday near London. It's a May build slot for estimated delivery in late June.
The salesman said that it just depends which dealers have build slots and for what time period. I was lucky to grab a May build I believe, but don't have a good frame of reference.

When I ordered my iX Sport40 late March 2022, my dealer said they had one iX40 production spot left for May but if wanted to order the iX50, I would have to wait for an October production slot. I couldn’t wait😁

After receiving my 40 last December for my wife I ordered a 50 which I have still not received and have been told it could be next year fron Styner birmingham

It just depends on what slots the individual dealers have available.
I ordered on 31st Jan as my dealer had a slot for an iX40 which was supposed to be end of March- beginning of April. It got delayed a bit but not drastically and I got the car on 6th May.

Thank you! I absolutely love it - it’s fantastic to drive and it feels really luxurious and comfortable to be in.
I’ve got Sophisto Grey. It looks really good in the sunlight.
I was in two minds about the interior but I decided to throw caution to the wind and get the Stone cloth interior. I’m really glad I did as it makes the car feel quite special I think - unlike anything I’ve had before.

Sounds lovely, my previous BMW 520d was Sophisto Grey and I found sometimes it looked dark grey and sometimes silver grey with a hint of blue when in direct sunlight. It was also good at hiding the dirt when I didn’t wash it!! This time for my iX I have gone for Blue Ridge Mountain……can’t wait till I get the keys hopefully by mid June.
