Will stop sale effect cars still @ port in Germany?

Enter your VIN into this website to find out if it has an active stop sale. Mine had a recall listed on July 7th and the website now reflects the stop sale is enforce at Oxnard.
What stage is your car at? Mine doesn’t show anything but just two recalls
Mine shows two as well. Called genius line and the person was less than helpful and said there weren’t any recalls even though when I did a vin search there were and she said there wasn’t a stop sale on my vehicle. She was really rude.
Genius is basically a robot reading machine in human fresh

My car was to be transported to Escondido tomorrow and pickup Monday. The stop sale means it will stay in Oxnard at least until the end of the month.
Yep, it means that all iXs all to be stay put in wherever the stage they are in until further notice, there went May and here goes July
Mine is also sitting at the port in Cali, and according to all the information I have gathered including my sales advisor, it will be serviced at the port, before being shipped to the dealer. The latest info I have found is that the software update is supposed to be available on July 28, not sure what that means in terms of flashing and shipping delays. I just need the car to be shipped to Portland so I can trade in my other car. The problem is that the value of my tradein is probably going down the longer the delay (hopefully not).

do you have any updates on this? my ix has been sitting at the port in Germany for weeks...
BMW has resumed moving the vehicles more than a week ago, there is no ships currently at the port of Bremerhaven that are US bound, this should explain why your car has been sitting at the port but the cars are moving

curious lol can you tell when a ship will be at port for the us? or where I can go to stalk it? lol -- and do you finally have your car?
