My app works, but only «manual» parking. My recorded tracks are not visible in the app nor in the car. I do find them in settings but they don’t show up as available to use
Anyone have any advice of what to do?

 

They rang me yesterday with an update. But they said there's some problem with the connect drive activation and they're still investigating. Could be Bull shit but at least they followed up

 

My dealer updated to 03/2024 and it still won't activate. They're looking into it but it's been weeks

 

If the car's not with the dealer, they're not looking into it, IME.

 

Got it. I just dropped an email to BMW genius. If that doesn't help I will work with dealer as you suggested. Thanks @jono987654321 for the info.

 

Having spent a number of weeks dealing with the ConnectedDrive helpdesk after 11/2023.73(?) broke Park Assist Pro, they asked me to book it into a dealer to raise a TSARA case with them.

When I got the car back at the end of the same day, the product was once again fully active and the dealer had installed 03/2024.30.

 

Yes, I have 2024 IX with the package and used to work until 2 months ago. My current software version is 11/2023.42 . I've been waiting for the next version of upgrade but it never shows up.
I'm wondering how you got the latest 2024 software version and my IX is not picking up the update?

P.S. I have enabled auto updates

If you have a paid-for service that's not working, the dealer should be raising a TSARA case with BMW to get to the bottom of it. This ought to result in a software version being installed by the dealer that resolves the issue; in my case version 3/2024.30 was installed by the dealer specifically because Remote Parking (actually Park Assist Pro) wouldn't activate.
