I wasn't able to find mine as well. I'm tracking morning Charlotte bound to Halifax. BOL no AEA24801 works for US bound vehicles but couldn't see any records for vehicles bound to Canada. I've tried all combinations for the last two digits from 02 till 10

Received confirmation from the Genius yesterday that my iX is in transit on the HAWAIIAN HIGHWAY. The shipping company is NOT Wallenius Wilhelmsen, but I don't know anything else other than its scheduled to arrive on 1/16 in Brunswick, GA. Guess its taking the scenic tour?

My iX is waiting at Bremerhaven since December 16 to be shipped to the West Coast. Think the next ship will be the NYK Auriga Leader. Does anyone know how I can find the BOL for my car and or if it's going to be in that ship or an other one ? Thanks
I'm not an expert, but I've only seen shipping from Wallenius Wilhelmsen being able to get the BOL code. I tried searching as you but finally my status was updated to in transit and at that point the Genius was able to give me ship and ETA details.

@BMWno6 - Has your status changed in My Garage yet? I’ve been at port since Dec 21st and also headed to West Coast. Trying to figure out if any West Coast bound cars were loaded on Auriga Leader.

My iX is crossing the Atlantic as I write. I share your frustration trying to figure what ship it may be on... well I did until 9 days ago. FWIW I found the "My Garage" update to in transit to be quite timely. When you see that, a call to the genius should confirm. My car is shipping by a lesser used carrier. Patience is all I can say.... Hopefully it will be a worthwhile wait for us all!

It is frustrating for sure, especially for us West Coast folks. There’s far fewer ships so the wait between ships is relatively long. I also observed that for a few folks on here, My Garage updated to “In Transit” the same day the ship left the dock. If that’s the norm, then the next ship West Coast bound isn’t until Jan 19 😭 (looking at schedules for Wallenius, Kline, and NYK which are the only carriers BMW uses, that I know of)

Unfortunately the car still shows at the port since Dec 14. On the 2nd some how it showed on transit for a while but then went back to in port. I called BMW a number of times but they have now clue. The ship heading for the west coast departed Bremerhaven yesterday after being there since the 2nd but my car status has not changed. I am worried it was left behind. I have better and more accurate information from Amazon when I order a $20 item than BMW for very expensive vehicle.

Well then mine was also left behind. Agree with you on the Amazon analogy. I asked them if they could share which port the car is at (Bremerhaven or Zeebrugge) and they had no clue. There are more ships from Zeebrugge headed to the West Coast than Bremerhaven and some folks on here mentioned that their car departed from Zeebrugge. Oh well, I guess the frustration and patience continues….

Just to be clear if you're referring to me, my iX shipped out of Bremerhaven, then to Southampton UK, then Zeebrugged. AFAIK, limited knowledge to be sure, all of our BMW's leave out of Bremerhaven. I assume my ship had a load to deliver in Southampton and picked up a few cars there too, then went to Zeebrugge to offload and likely pick up some new cars to fill the load. Makes sense for the shippers, just adds several days for us :-(

Not you, someone else in a different thread from October I think

So I am using this technique to track my 2025 MINI Countryman. Appears that the 01 suffix is for BMW rather than a USA port destination. Using the 01 suffix for BOL, my VIN did not appear in the list despite the destination being the NYC port and confirmation that my car was indeed on this vessel. I changed the suffix to 02 and a different batch of VINs were displayed, including mine. So I surmise that the suffix may be related to the manufacturer rather than the destination country.

For anyone wondering, ships named <something> Highway are K-Line. Schedules can be found at www*klineglobalroro*com.
